About my practice

I offer spiritual direction in the Christian contemplative tradition, weaving together soul care and insights from depth psychology including dreamwork, mythology and Tarot. This work is rooted in my love for creativity, humanity, and the eternal mystery of the God expressing in the present moment. My journey has been shaped by the wisdom of many traditions, and I believe we all draw from a rich tapestry of sacred insights. In addition to the above, I am a grateful woman in recovery celebrating 25 years of continuous sobriety. Without a doubt, this is the most important “training” I’ve had for becoming a spiritual director. Experiencing the miracle of recovery and witnessing it in others is the foundation of my belief in a loving higher power at work in the world.
